C-Screen verifies all employer screening practice claims that make up an employer’s C-Screen “Rating”. With the trend of more legalized recreational marijuana use in society, we are seeing more employers change the language in their drug testing policies. One troubling trend for the employer and employee is the policy leaving when to drug test up to the CEO. Language like “Drug testing will be performed at the discretion of the CEO.” This is dangerous on several levels. AND, doesn’t meet the screening criteria of C-Screen.
